How much does Monmouth Respond cost?
The core plan, Never Miss a Job, is $497 a month plus $500 setup, with the website included at $0 upfront on a 12-month agreement. A website on its own is $1,000 one-time, up to $1,500 for larger or rush builds. Ads management is $500 a month plus your own ad spend.
Is there a pilot offer?
Yes, for the first 3 local shops: setup fee waived and the first month at $297, then $497 a month from month 2. In exchange, in writing: a testimonial, permission to publish a case study with your real numbers, and one intro to another shop owner if you're happy.
Is there a long contract?
Not for pilots: pilot shops go month-to-month after a 90-day pilot window. Outside the pilot, the standard quote includes your website at $0 upfront with a 12-month agreement.
How fast does it go live?
Within 14 days of kickoff, and you approve everything first. If your site isn't live and your missed-call text-back isn't running within 14 days of kickoff, the setup fee is refunded and you owe nothing.
What does the assistant say to my customers?
Only what you approve. It answers your FAQs — hours, service area, pricing ranges, your emergency policy — captures the customer's name, number, and what they need, and books estimates and service calls onto your calendar. Missed callers get a natural text from your shop within a minute.
What happens when the assistant can't answer?
It doesn't guess. Anything outside the scope you've approved, or anything that needs a licensed tech's judgment, it leaves to you: it captures the details and keeps the conversation alive until you can pick it up.
Who owns my website, domain, and accounts?
You do. Your domain, your Google Business Profile, and your ad account stay in your name. Monmouth Respond operates them for you and is never the owner.
What kinds of businesses is it for?
Home-service shops losing work to slow or missed responses — especially HVAC companies, plumbers, and electricians. See how it works for HVAC companies, plumbers, and electricians.
What area do you serve?
Monmouth County, New Jersey, including Middletown, Hazlet, Freehold, Manalapan, Howell, Ocean Township, Red Bank, Long Branch, Eatontown, and Keansburg, where Monmouth Respond is based.
What happens after the pilot?
From month 2 the price is the standard $497 a month. After the 90-day pilot window you're month-to-month, and you keep getting the monthly report: calls captured, chats, bookings, and reviews answered.
Do you promise more jobs or revenue?
No. Monmouth Respond never promises revenue, rankings, or job counts. It promises effort, speed, and mechanics: a system that answers every time, and a monthly report with the numbers.
